FAQ
You may bring as many guests as you want. This is your scan and we encourage you to share this experience with family members, loved ones and whomever you choose.
We accept cash, check or credit cards (most popular). We have never changed our clients for using a credit card or passed on the expense to our clients for merchant processing fees.
Our office welcomes you and your loved ones to meet your baby in utero. The sterile, medical environment is not present, but replaced with a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere; one filled with coloring books for siblings, heartbeat keepsakes, and only good news.
We will celebrate right alongside of you as we help predict your baby’s gender as early as 15 weeks along!
Babies tend to show us their chubby-cheeked profiles the best between 28-34 weeks along. You will have the opportunity to see your baby’s features fill the screen, and receive the highest quality photos during this time-frame.
While we will do our absolute best to ensure that you love your photos and ultrasound experience, there are many factors that play into the image clarity. Our technicians are top of the line and will work with you in every way possible, but your baby’s position may prevent specific images, such as the face, from being taken. We know this is frustrating, but we suggest working with your birth team on exercises to flip, rotate, or shift your baby into the best birthing position! Not only will you be able to see your baby better through ultrasound, but your entire birth experience will be improved.
Some babies are stubborn – or shy; we’ll let you decide which! There is no guarantee that you will see exactly what you want, but we will work to make you happy. We understand just how important it is for you to learn your little one’s gender or see that sweet face, so we may refund a portion of your money or invite you back for a second appointment if your baby fails to cooperate.
Excessive ultrasounds are discouraged throughout pregnancy, but no adverse reactions have ever been reported to 3/4D scans. Our sonographers us the utmost care, the lowest intensity, and perform the scan in a timely manner. The safety of you and your baby are our main concerns.
Insurance will not cover an elective ultrasound. This is why we keep our prices affordable, offering cash or credit payment options.
